About Kuhu

There are some clothes you wear, and then there are some that become a part of you.
For me, that has always been a saree.
Growing up, I watched my mother float through life in chiffons- effortless, graceful and beautiful in a way that never demanded attention. Years later, when I draped one myself, I finally understood that feeling. Every time I wore a saree, I felt softer yet stronger, feminine yet powerful. I felt like a Goddess.

Kuhu was born from the hope of sharing that feeling with every woman. Every Kuhu saree is an ode to femininity- to quiet confidence, strength, softness and grace. We believe that sarees remind women of the beauty that was always present in them.

Each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted by skilled karigars of our country, carrying forward techniques that have been passed down through generations. Made to order and crafted with care, every saree is created especially for you. The delicate handwork and subtle variations aren't imperfections- they're the signature of something made by human hands.
